They can initiate the process and make sure that all the steps are taken care of as well as appearing in court as necessary. This can be really helpful for you because that means you don't have to take time out of your busy schedule to make sure that everything gets done. Nor do you have to worry about missing a step, since an experienced property manager will have done this before and will be able to easily get through the process.
Collecting Rent
The property manager can also help with collecting your rent. There are a lot of ways that your tenant can pay rent. There are various websites that they can pay through. Your property manager can set up an account on one of those websites and arrange to have the rent go to an account for that property or for all your properties. They may also be able to access that account so that they can pay for improvements or repairs to your property.
